Default Belt rubbing

Just noticed my belt is rubbing. See attached. This is on a 94 EZGO Marathon.

Never noticed this before. Not sure what's going on. There were some coilovers on the back I removed and replaced with new shocks. However don't think that is what is going on here.

Thoughts?

Default Re: Belt rubbing

Im pretty sure thats normal. As soon as the clutch picks up on the belt it will not rub. it might be that he belt is longer than standard making it look worse. Do you get full travel on the belt in the drive clutch? if so all is good.
