If you squeeze the clutch in so it’s compressed, does it still make the noise?

Pretty consistent in that one spot. May have a rod cap coming loose also

So push it in and turn back and forth? I’ll try.

Get one of the harbor freight mechanics stethoscopes. Great for locating the source of noise. A great tool for $5. With it and the $4 spark tester you can really narrow down some issues.

I agree on the Harbor Freight tool. I bought one and use it one time on an ezgo I was working on. Turned out that one the valves were too loose.

I can't really tell on yours. It looks like the noise only sounds off when you hit a certain place when spinning over with your hand.

I never heard a rod stop knocking at higher rpm . It seems your didn't knock when you drove it.

I wish I would tell you for sure but without seeing the cart in person it would be hard for me to say.

Its only $5 so try what raydhd suggested and maybe you can tell what area the noise is coming from.
If it makes you feel better this is one of my carts. Similar noise when turning the clutch and I have drove it many miles without issues. I don't want to get your hopes up though because mine don't sound like yours running.
First video is running it. Second is twisting clutch

Luckily my fiancé has one so I can use it? Certain areas I should listen at? And I’ll snag up a spark tester and compression tester just for future.

And yes you’re correct Trig it only makes the noise when you barely push the pedal when you push it enough to cause the drive clutch to start compressing/moving the cart it stops. And then when you let off the gas and come to a stop it makes it again.

I’ve put a good amount of drive time since I’ve had it and runs fine I just don’t want to be causing problems with something else.

You should be able with someone rocking the clutch back and forth as in your video to pin point if it is the clutch or the engine making the noise.

Sorry for the ignorance but where does the clutch start/stop and engine. Not super familiar with small engines.

I would start on the clutch outer housing and the engine block lower section and work from there depending on what I heard.
