Default Ground issues?

This cart is about to go to junk yard. Lol.
So of course no fire and after reading post after post and checking ohms and connection s I came up with this .
Brown wire from engine I believe runs the maneta has 286 ohm testing it at wires from cdi plug in. I seen sticky says 350 ohm .

Now no spark so with everthing hooked up except the coil for spark plug . I hold the orange wire and black wire on my left hand. Push petal with my foot with shoe on . I get no shock at all just cranks .
Now same thing I hold orange wire n black wire in left hand reach over with my right hand push petal bammmmmmmmm. Shock so hard goes throu me .

So is it grounding throu me ?
Is petal switch bad maybe ?

Cdi def has juice when I do it like that
Any help before I dump money it it
