Unhappy G2 was working running, now not starting (video)

Cart has been working fine for a month, then last night I went to take it out and all it does is this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CdPhkK0iWQQ

It does not react when pulling the choke. It feels like it needs something to get it going.

I have done the following since:
1. Charged battery full
2. Cleaned carb bowl and sprayed cleaner in the carb
3. Tried new spark plug
4. Verified spark by inline spark tester (see video)
5. Sprayed starting fluid in the spark plug hole (no start/exhaust)
6. Used clear bottle to verify fuel is coming from the pump
7. Verified starter belt was tight enough

When I run it with the airbox inlet off the carb few puffs of smoke comes out when it cycles.

Any ideas?

I have not taken apart the filter box to check for issues (new filter a month ago) zip tied it shut.

You’ve verified fuel and spark. Are you positive your air box is sealed tight? Have you been adjusting or replaced any carb components lately? Do you have a set of feeler gauges to check your valves? Should be .004 at TDC on compression stroke.

I have some feeler gauges I will try and figure out how to set it.
Nothing has been replaced in the carb. If I reset the fuel air screw what should I set it back to? All the way in then out 1.5 turns?

It has also been said to try feeding the carb fuel via a spray bottle.

Set valve lash: Pull the valve cover and spark plug - Stick a screwdriver in the spark plug hole - Put your cart in neutral or take your drive belt off (looks like you already have) - Spin your primary clutch and watch your valves springs until both are opened and your screw driver has came all the way up - Verify gap is .004 - If adjustment is needed, loosen the 10mm nuts and the adjustment head inside these nuts will spin.. turn them clockwise until hand tight and tighten the 10mm nut - Repeat these steps 2-3 times before returning the valve cover.

Air screw: Turn it clockwise until lightly seated, then counterclockwise 1.5 turns out is the stock setting.. I wouldn’t deviate much further than 1/2 turn either way from that.

Here is a new video of what it does with the air intake off the carb. Have not done valve adjustment yet.

Strange noises maybe that's normal. Seems like oil is coming from the carb.

Looks like one of the rods is not pushing the rocker arm...

The one that is not moving appears to have dropped. It’s not moving up or down at all? No odd noises coming from the motor when you are turning the motor over by hand? If it’s moving you just need to re seat the cup in the rocker arm. You may have to remove the clutch and case cover to check out what going on inside. If your gears come out with the case cover, just make sure to line up the timing marks correctly.

You can try pulling up lightly on the push rod to see if it will stay up or fall back down.

Head off and it looks to me thst the rod sockets (wrong name) are moving up and down. No odd noises either.

There was a little gunk maybe it got the shaft of those rods going into the crank case a bit sticky.
