Default Yamaha g16 clutch for predator swap

I just recently installed a predator 420 in a g16a. Shaft spacing is set to stock distance and the original belt is being used. I ordered an aftermarket clutch to replace the original due to damage, but im thinking its not the one I need. The cart is real jerky at takeoff. The rpm's have to be a little higher than usual initiate movement and it seems to get a little worse as it warms up. Top end the cart runs great its just takeoff is a little rough. My question is what is a good clutch for this set up?

IF you used a comet 780 there are all kinds of adjustments possible with spring and or weight changes. I also noticed with the 780 on a clone the belt needs to wear in a little bit for smoother take offs.

I didn't use the comet, it was an aftermarket of some kind. I went the cheaper route and I guess I'm paying for now. I was just wondering what everyone used.

For the primary clutch, get a Comet 780 from Cart Parts Plus or Vegas Carts....both found in the site sponsors page. For the secondary clutch, use a good condition stock setup.
