Where to buy new UMAX - TX, LA, AR, AL, GA, TN

Looking to buy a new yamaha EFI UMAX 2 Rally... Often we buy used items to put to work, but this one needs to be new. Can anyone help with the following:

1) Recommend Dealers in the South that provides the best deals? We're in Louisiana, but I travel throughout the Southern states so it's not a big deal.

2) The tougher question might be that there is very limited stock. Is it just this time of year? How realistic is ordering something? How long would deliveries be?

Any guidance from recent experiences is appreciated. I've done some calling around already, but I'm not sure I trust what I'm hearing. Sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forum.
