Cool! Love the wide-whites; is that paint or are they store-bought?

Would really like to know where you bought tire paint if you don't mind and what is in bagwell that fits so good? I think you did excellent job in your build! I am an old-school fan myself!

Re: My old school build..Get out the popcorn!!!
Sorry for the delay folks. You will need to scrub the heck out of the tires with a quality de-greaser.Let them dry real well then scrub the heck out of them with acetone. These two stops will stop the tires from yellowing out under the paint,The go get the Krylon FUSION spray can paint.DO NOT i repeat DO NOT try to apply in one or two coats. You will need to piss coat at least 4 0r 5 medium to thin coats with PLENTY of drying time in between coats. This will help reduce the problem of cracking of chipping. My and my rod buddies have had really good luck with this method

What you see there under the access panel is where i took off the old dust shield and fabricated another to ride up the frame in between the batteries ant on top of the rear end so to help protect from the moisture from hitting the aftermarket electronics....Hope this helped ....thanks |
