36 volt charger keeps running

I have a 1994 cc 36 volt with a accucharger that won't shut off.I used a different accucharger on it and it shut off.I changed out the timer board and same problem.Any help would be appriciated.

I would contact manufacturer of charger direct as most are very willing to help. Suppliers sometimes on the other hand??

Have you cleaned the male end of the charger that plugs into the cart?
