controller fault in DS clubcar
We have electrical problems with our DS Clubcar buggy 2004 model, with curtis D.C. motor controller. We have power to ignition also power to tow and run switch, we have power to solonoid in one side and out the other to the motor. When placing rocker switch in reverse or forward and put foot on accelerator we have no power. Also no reversing buzzer. Has anyone any advice for me.thanks

Did this problem just suddenly happen or after having done some repairs or anything beyond normal charging and battery maintanece? Do you hear click from solenoid when pedal is depressed with key on and F&R switch in forward or reverse?

do you have power on red cable to reverse buzzer ?
if not,your tow/run switch can be broken |

no i have power to fwd and reverse...it goes thru both.... do u think i might need a new controller? we just dont know wat to do..

send model number is it straight DS or DS/IQ .

Club car DS - 48 volt - 2004 model - 1 piece seat back - black roof support frame - roof has built in handles on each side - fwd and rev rocker switch -
