Voltage on each battery is 10.6x.

That sounds good to me, but I could be wrong.

Is there a way to test the controller?

IS this a cart with 4 , 12 Volt batteries
if yes Voltage is very LOW
If this is a cart is a 6 , 8 Volt batteries then
the voltage is very HIGH

PLEASE Clarify and measure entire pack voltage , from +POS on battery #1 to
last -NEG on last battery .

Are your batterys 12 volt or 8 volt? With 10.6 volts 12 volt batt are DEAD, while 8 volts are way over 8.49 volts? Was this voltage reading taken while charger was hooked to pack or right afterwards which would account for high 8 volt readings?

Do your batteries have 6 filler holes? That's a 12 volt battery.

OR do your batteries have 4 filler holes? That's an 8 volt battery.

Sorry guys, it is a 6 8volt battery setup. It has not been charged for a week or so.

Give me an hour or so to post entire voltage.
