Check the power output from the controller by connecting the negative probe to the controller's M- terminal and positive to the B+ terminal. Press the accelerator and watch to see if the voltage increases. It should increase from a reading of 0 to the full voltage of the battery. If the motor is not turning, the problem may be in the directional switch or motor. The controller is bad and must be replaced if there is no voltage.
I probably should mention controller test is done with at least one rear wheel jacked off the floor and key on, directional selector in forward. ~ test leads on B+ and M- should read 0v then push the gas and watch the voltage rise to full pack voltage?
on my controller there is only a B+, B-, A1, A2, F1, F2 and the multi wire plug. B+ and B- have power when the key is on and the pedal NOT down. same with the motor, it has 45v to it when the pedal is NOT down. infact wih the key off it still shows 45v to the motor. am i missing something???

!!!!!HEEEELPPPP!!!!!

PLEASEEEEEEEE

this is very brain racking! its prob a VERY simple fix, but i cant afford to replace a few hundred dollar part and have it be the wrong thing

i want to get this thing running so i can start enjoying it like every1 else here.

thank you EVERYONE!!

and if it is a bad controller, what is a good, reasonably priced replacement??? stock if fine too.

if its dropping to 47 volts thats dead.......any way you can borrow a set of batteries to just try or get four good 12 volts to put in and try.......i take it charger is still working? the battery light coming on is a little concerning its either just the batteries or maybe in the OBC and that also will stop the cart......have you tried bypassing OBC? if not take a 16 gage jumper wire and from the main soleniod small post where yellow wire is bolted from there over to #6 battery neg. term and see if cart runs.....................

i replaced the batteries, still not running. yes the charger works great. the batt light comes on every now and then even with a 52v charge. i took a jumper from #6 batt neg to small post yellow wire and all i got was a spark. unless im doing something, isnt that yellow a + wire? what i dont understand is why am i showing 47v+ at the motor at all times, even if the key is off???
