Re: Powerdrive 3 48v charger
yes it dose go to the computer but in this build there is no computer
so what function dose it have as far as charging? is the computer the one that measures the voltage and turn on and off the charger? if so has anybody used this charger with a alltrax controller? any advise on integrating this? carlos |

Re: Powerdrive 3 48v charger
yes the computer controls everything the charger does and yes you can use it with an alltrax controller however i don,t beleive you can use it if your not gonna have a computer in the cart......you need an aftermarket charger that will work without the OBC.................thats one of the things lots of guys here run into when they want to eliminate the OBC is having to deal with buying a new charger ( not cheap )....in all honesty your better off leaving the OBC in the cart cause it also works with an alltrax and the fact that it takes a ton of guesswork out of charging batteries its a pain but worth it.............................
