everything going good so far back lights work but front don't not sure but could it be because I didn't hook wires to ground post or block post instead I went to frame to ground since they were short black wires coming out of lights or are these for the turn signal?

I don't think the frame will supply ground like an automobile.

Yes you are right erict, NO grounds go to the frame on an electric cart, all grounds go to the ground post on the battery, or a ground block that is hooked to the ground post on the batteries

thanks for the info it all makes since once you get started .I hooked up switch to drop out converter completely .When I get relay I am going to hook it up to key switch . YOU GUYS ARE GREAT THANKS AGAIN

So is it up and running? Show us some pics. I would like to see where you mounted it and where is your switch? Did you put a fuse in the circuit that supplies power to the converter?

I hooked toggle switch on same plate as tow switch the converter and fuse block are on the back side of the forward reverse switch fit perfect ,also Mouser emailed me and said relay was on the way sorry I haven't figured out how to put pictures on yet .

At least you got it working! I just installed a horn with a foot switch, works great!
