OK my buddy just emailed the pics.. Tonka I got a real surprise today ROCDOG [MY BUDDY] got bored at work and made this frame..should be strong enough I hope..

Todd we did a weight test on the seat frame today and everything is coming together. I think once we finish the truss style frame this will work and be ready for the sheet metal wrap. I also think welding tabs on will give the tin knocker something to attach to. See ya this weekend.

All right guys/girls anybody checking my thread...I need ideas for a roll bar of some sort. I'm going to do something with 1.25" pipe just need some ideas..thanks..

Todd, I would suggest 1.5" pipe. All the accessories that you will find and might want from side X sides and such are all made for 1.5".

Mine is 1.25 and I'm going to have a new onw made.

They make all sorts of stuff. Winshield clamps, cub holders, grab handles (dont underestimate these) rearview mirrors, flag brackets, accessory clamps.......etc.

And how!!
Use Google or Ebay to search for terms like "billet, dune buggy accessories, sand rail, wakeboard tower". You will find tons of cool things you can clamp on a cage.
