Re: What would u pay for this G-16
I just replaced a rearend in a g 16 and got lucky and found one for 250. My input shaft was bad and a new one is 300 plus the other gear was wore was 200. At the local golf cart shop they wanted 660 for the shaft alone and 1600 for a new transaxle. Before I paid a lot for it I would be sure what is wrong with the rearend. If a bearing is bad for a period of time it can cause other parts and gears to wear and when you change them the other wore parts may not last long. Good luck.

Re: What would u pay for this G-16
Sometimes I want a good deal to be true I try to justify it to my self in the end I always come up spending alot and not getting what I wanted in the end that is why I was so harsh on my previous post this deal to me feels like one that I would get my self into. 400.00 for cart 600.00 for rear end you still have a cart 500.00 dollars in seats nuts and bolts. but for 1500 bucks you should be able to find a running cart of the same year pull engine and other various parts out sell and make most of that cost back.

That looks like a better deal to me.
At least it looks like it'll roll easier anyway. |
