The voltage mismatch might be because we jumped the BMS to bypass it, but the BMS comms fault isnt good, that prevents you from driving.

The battery fault code 75 seems to be issue, its turning on every other second. I dont know what the code means, but maybe power cycling the BMS would help?

Before doing that, if you turn the key off, disconnect the charger, then remove the jumpers. Wait 15 seconds or so, then turn the key on normally, does the controller boot up?

I figured out why the Bms communication failure was happening, even though I jumped the controller so it had power I had the key switch in the off position. I now turn it on to neutral and I have power to the controller because I jumped it so now I'm only getting the voltage mismatch fault.
So now just battery mismatched voltage.

I saw in one of the pictures it was set to 3.00v and 748ms, you could try setting each number to max to have the fault go away

Also noticed your Ah capacity jumped from 50 to 100, and the drive current limit 260 to 300 and regen limit 25 to 50, so it looks like it learned the new cells correctly.

It did learn the new cells but still have there error. I did increase the 3.00v to max and also the time without any changes. I also changed the cell cutbacks without any success.

I guess try power cycling the BMS by disconnecting the + from the cells to it.

Those 10 fault codes and timestamps, when you look above those you see the clock timer counting, that's how to tell if the fault codes are new.

Not yet, I'm at the campground this weekend so had to put it bock to the stock configuration. Monday I'm going to put two of the used cells in place of my current batteries like you suggested and charge them and see if they will work by themselves and go from there.

I dropped the 3 cells off at the ezgo dealer to check them out and see if they are good or not. I'm getting fault codes and think they aren't good but we will see.

Hmm I wonder what tools they have for testing them and if it's something we can do ourselves.
