Default Got an overcharge notice and charge shutdown

Must be Friday the 13th almost every day here!!?

I plugged in my cart to charge yesterday. I went out about 4 hours later and the screen shows an "Overcharge" and the charger shut down.

When I looked at the screen the voltage stopped (see pic) at 53.8. The normal charge is 57.3V.

Then looking at each cell V (second pic) nothing is overcharged or even close to the HV limit.

This morning, I backed the cart outta my garage, reset the BMS, and plugged it in again. I'm a bit perplexed....but maybe the ZEVA is at the end of its useful life?

Walked by my cart today and caught the BMS in the act of telling me a lie!! I charged it on the 17th, today is the 19th, I drove it a little....then I get this HV warning.

If you look behind the Warning, it appears to show voltage of 69.3. The actual voltage is 56.3 and when I tapped on the warning screen, the voltage showed the correct number.

I have no clue why this occurred.

Is it possible that the ZEVA is at the start of its failure? Should I be looking to replace my BMS?

If so, what brand\model would be one to use?
