Check to ensure the voltage is coming into and going out of the ITS.
The plug connector between the pedal and the controller is an known corrosion problem point.

What controller is in the cart?

I am getting a solenoid click. It has moved a once or twice (a very small amount) when I tapped the accelerator. Pin#1 has no voltage, Pin#7 sometimes shows voltage and sometimes does not.

The 4 wire plug connector between the pedal box and the controller is a know corrosion point. You may want to eliminate the plug by but splicing the 4 wires.

Red, Green, and black from pedal box all have power but the white doesn’t. Sometimes the solenoid clicks even without pressing the gas. I feel like every time I test now, I’m getting different results.
When you say splice them, how do you mean? These wires were just replaced, so it shouldn’t be corroded.

Red should only have power when the pedal is depressed. IF constant power on red check the pedal box micro switch is working properly
