Default Imaginative MFG input shaft

I'm sure some of my verbiage is wrong but at least I have a pic!!!

I've got an Ezgo TXT with an Imaginative Mfg 2 speed diff. After stripping axles and trouble shooting everything, I found the issue. I've got a stripped input shaft. Given the price of the diff, I'm almost in a panic!!! Does anyone know if the input shaft can be replaced? As you can see in the pic, it's pretty bad.

Thanks in advance for any guidance!!

You don't need the whole differential. You can buy a new or used input shaft.

Here's the manual:

Will the ezgo input shaft work with his 2-speed rear axle?

That was my next question. I sent Imaginative an email to see if I can buy it from them. It looks like there's a rubber piece instead of a ring. Do you think I should pry that off to get it out?

Man you guys are awesome!!!! Here's where I'm at because of your help. I'm down to the bearing. The shaft won't budge. I've read some say heat a little where others so that's bad. How would you suggest getting it out?

set of vice grip pliers and a slide hammer. Can't hurt the shaft.
