07 yore starts sometime then slowed down
Has 4 new 12 battery’s it’s 48 volts and they are fully charged it starts good sometimes and will get up to 10 mph then on flat ground it starts loosing speed I have cleaned and tightened all connections on the silnoid controller and the motor if you stop and start again it will either jump forward hard or nothing thanks for the help
