Drive will not engage-2002 Gas Txt

I am having issues getting my drive to engage either foward or reverse. I backed it into it's storage building and the next time I attempted to use it, nothing. I attempted to adjust the springs on the toggle adjusted to the rear end to no avail. After I did that, the selector will engage (stay) in the reverse postion, but not the forward position. In either case, the drive will not engage. Anyone have any tips?

If your clutches seem to be working check for a stripped wheel hub/drum.
