Clutch Problem
Hey guys..... I've got a newer EZ-GO, I think it is 03-04.... anyway......the clutch "snaps" on take off ...making the cart jerky on take off.....I would not care myself....but the old lady that owns it want's it smooth......so....i got the cover off.....the weights seem to be intact.....the only thing i notice is that one of the nuts for the shafts on the weights is digging into the aluminum housing......giving this shaft a little play.....the weight moves in the same manner as the rest of them ......that is the only thing i notice though....any thoughts?

Re: Clutch Problem
Ezgo had that problem with drive clutches in those years for one reason or another. I believe they were replacing those clutches for the owners. You should call your locall dealer and ask about it.
