Default turning radius

I put the 5" lift kit on the 2005 ezgo, electric. I get a full turn to the right now but; about 1/2 that when I turn left. Is this because of the new axel, bigger tires or should I adjust something?

With your wheels straight take your top left tie rod off, then center your steering wheel by turning it left and right until you find the middle, then adjust the tie rod until it's the right length to fit back on.

Sometimes when you do find the middle the steering wheel will be off and you have to pull it and move straight. I do this after I'm done by test driving straight and taking note where the steering wheel is.

Also make sure you set your toe-in by measuring across the front of tires tread to tread, then the back of tires tread to tread, 1/4" less in front.

I guess I am confused. Not a mechanic. The bottom tie rod is correct, 1/4 inch difference. The upper tie rod, that connects to the passenger side tire is the adjustment? It still turns good to the right but half that to the left. Is there a diagram or something for "novice" type adjustments?

It's the top tierod where it hooks to the passenger side spindle. Read above, I don't know how I could explain it any better.

Point being, if your steering wheel is left of center when your wheels are straight you wouldn't have enough travel in steering to turn the wheels full left. Make since?
