Default the clutch and generator pulley are a 2 piece???!!!!!!

ok 1983 ezgo with a 244 in it. got the thing tore down to the crank 1/2 of the jug and clutch/ pulley assembly. heated it up and pop went the pulley and the clutch is a no go....does anyone know if i take apart the clutch that the back housing will come off too????? fighting to get the shaft of the clutch off the crank to redo the bearings after i burned them out. already stripped the inside, broke off a shaft (non threaded) inside of it, drilled it out and now have a thick, short bolt jammed in to the bottom of it with no room left to try and push it through and no way to get it out need some heavy duty know how on this one.. i would beat on the back of the clutch but i think that is a bad idea. and really have no way to get a puller around it now

AT this point I would crank on some vice grips right where the taper shaft starts to go flat. Crank them on as tight as you can on the taper part still between the clutch and the motor. Get two large ball joint forks and leverage off the vice grips. One on each side on top of each other between the vice grips and the clutch. Heat the clutch to cherry red then tap on of the ball joint forks. She should pop off.

Hope you make out well. I feel for you bro.

Don.
