With a 25hp motor I don’t think you’ll need to worry about torque too much.
A standard golf cart will run around 30mph with 6:1 gears with a 9hp motor.

How wide is the belt you’re running? Are you using the club car secondary clutch?
If the belt is wider than a standard club car belt it won’t pull down into the clutch all the way. Might get a few more MpH with a different belt.
Torque, or at least what torque is delivered to the trans can be altered by changing the spring pre-load in the secondary clutch.

Thanx for the input-I'm using a standard Polaris belt-1-3/16". It sets just above the new stock Club Car driven pulleys. I have a new heavy duty spring(red one) coming this week as the heavy duty one on it (blue)in the driving video isn't the strongest one available as it turns out. I'm assuming based off what I've read that this differential comes with a 12:1. 34mph is fast enough for our trails but I'm considering putting the high speed gear set on it just to see how fast it could go. Here's a video of my 3rd attempt @ lining up the engine/clutch & new driven with the stock spring that it came with for a visual:

I was thinking if I go with the skinnier belt it may go slightly farther down on the driven but probably won't get to the top of the Polaris clutch as it's much wider than the golf cart clutch. Am I thinking correctly?

I figured I'd post proof of life!! I've since added the heavy duty red spring to the driven just for durability. It climbs whatever you try to climb (of course w/wheel spin) It does a whopping 34mph!!
