08 summit 4seater no forward or reverse
Hey guys, so since yesterday my cart will not go forward or reverse. With the key switched on the Relay clicks, i put it in reverse but no reverse alarm comes on and it won't move. Same happens when switch into forward, no movement. Battery's are fully charged and fuses are good. Could this be a faulty controller? This happened once before and I found it to be a loose charger wire. Fixed that and it worked great. This time wiring looks okay. Any ideas?

When you press pedal what does the green led on controller do? Is it flashing?

I will have to check that next time it gives problems. the cart is running again. seems Problem is intermittent. Is there a diagnostic mode on the controller? Thanks for the help

I know your car is just right on the timeline edge of what's mentioned in the attached service bulletin, but it might be worth checking these items since it is similar to your issue.

Thanks Tech, my Cart does not have a lad. I will check wiring to pot box. Lately it is happening much more frequently. Cart shuts off a couple times a day. Usually goes again after key is cycled on/off or sometimes i just Rock the cart.

Also check the connection if the main harness to the controller. Those get loose sometimes, have even had some guys zip tie to keep them tight.
