Default How do I troubleshoot intellitrak on 2010 XRT1550SE

I am looking for advice about trying to troubleshoot the intellitrak problems on my 2010 Club Car xrt1550se. The 4x4 isn't kicking in. I also only have 1 rear wheel pulling. I can activate the 4x4 selector and the front differential works. If I try to take off in 2wd I have to rev it several times before the rear differential engages. It has produced enough torque to break the tension pin as well as a grade 8, 5/16 bolt. Any help would be greatly appreciated
