Red face EZ-GO 1984 Wiring problems

I am trying to help a friend who installed a new accelerator switch, and like all of us, he did not make a wiring diagram. To add insult to ijury, he removed and reinstalled other wires. (His problem was only a dead/dying battery) I found several schematics but they do not show the connection between the #4 terminal on the accelerator switch/resistor board to the A1 motor connection. I DO find wiring diagrams (not the same as a schematic) that do, but they are incomplete, such as not showing the +36 volt connection to the solenoid. Another wiring diagram shows what I believe is a solenoid being operated from +6v, which is no problem. However, I would like to rewire it as much like it was as I can. Even so, when I draw a POWER diagram, these wiring diagrams seem to make no sense. Help!
