can you get me any guidance as far as what I need to look for in a controller??
can they be rebuilt?

this is an old cart and both me and my wife are school teachers with a family of 5..so i can't afford to put a lot in it if I can help it

the voltage at the motor if funny I get 38v on the A1 and A2 post...nothing on the S1 or S2 post
