2018 Tomberlin E-Merge Lift Kit (3" or 6")
I am adding a lift kit to my 2018 E-Merge. Tomberlin offers both a 3" and 6" lift. 6" seems a little high so we are considering the 3" lift. Current tires are 175/50R13 so we want to go with a 14" tire with a slightly higher profile for a better ride (hopefully?). Does anyone have any experience / suggestions?

Re: 2018 Tomberlin E-Merge Lift Kit (3" or 6")
From a factory point of view, if you're going with 14" tire, the 3" lift is good enough.
The 6" is installed on new carts at about twice the rate of the 3" kit but it's all a matter of preference. As someone who is on the older end of the spectrum I like the 3" for a little more ease of entry and not falling down when I get out (yes, I'm a little challenged with walking and chewing gum). You will also want to consider future resell and what is popular in your area down the road. |

Thanks for the response. I ended up going with the 3" lift. The work is still in progress.

Here are links to OEM kits. The 3” kit is actually split into two kits (front and rear) but the 6” kit is just one complete kit. Just a heads up, they aren’t cheap but they quality and factory level design. And seems nothing is cheap anymore.
