I made a makeshift puller out of a piece of angle iron and some grade 8 bolts. It worked great for me. It popped the sheave right off. you can see it in the picture. You can also buy a puller.

Spray the shaft with Blaster and let it sit while you build your puller.

I had one that was on so tight I made and bent two pullers and didn't get mine off. I ended up using a regular puller and longer screws then had to tap my clutch to get it off.

I've also heard that a steering wheel puller works great too. However I never tried it.

Since you're going to take that clutch apart you should consider changing that OEM spring to a U max spring. The torque difference is like night and day and you won't lose any top end. I actually changed my white CPP torque spring to a U max spring. I think the white spring actually caused my sliding sheave to shatter.

Since you already have the newer style sliding sheave, you should get the newer style spring seat (more durable sliders). You really badly need the spacer to replace the c-clip (the clip i suspect is gone, it sure aint doing its job). Might also need a input shaft seal with all that crud laying around down there. With the spring removed, check the sliding sheave on the input shaft for wobble and smooth operation. Now would be the time for that U-max spring. As stated above, the white spring is too heavy & can result in a broken sliding sheave.

The white spring from CPP was a complete waste of money. It never fully shifted and my top speed was only 20 mph. I went back to stock. I'd like to try the umax spring.
