G9 top end
'92 G9 gas,
I may be wrong but shouldn't rockers be wet with oil ? Took off cover and pretty much dry, I know on automotive oil is delivered thru push rods thanks to oil pump, what supplies these? I'm guessing tube from crankcase and if so why no oil, even with engine running |

Re: G9 top end
Probably the line is blocked. The splash fin on the connecting rod pushes oil up to the head. Pretty simple system.

Re: G9 top end
Check the hose that runs from the back of the motor to the back side of the valve cover. That’s the oil supply line for the head.
There’s no pump, it’s just a basic splash system |
