limo front seatback supports
I have a 98 ez go stretch limo and need to know what type of front seat back supports any of you that have stretched your rides. I first used a 2" L shaped flat bar and screwed it into the seat underneath but it was too "springey", not firm enough and the screws kept working their way loose. The seat sits on the fiberglass pod.

Re: limo front seatback supports
I have a 2013 Express L6 and wanted to modify the stock seat back brackets to provide more front seat room. I ordered a second set for modification, which was successful so I have the stock ones that came with the cart. Let me know if you'd be interested in them and perhaps we could agree on a price.

Re: limo front seatback supports
I have the same L shaped brackets you have. Mine are bolted (w lock washer and nut) to the based and NOT just screwed in.
Also, consider lowering the seat back to its lowest position to help remove a bit of the "Springy-ness" If still too springy, maybe if you purchase a second set and double up the L brackets?? ETA: Never mind, the underlined part. Looks like you already did that from looking at your pic... |

Re: limo front seatback supports
I have a limo and mine are also bolted in with nut. No play in them whatsoever.
