Well... that concerns me a bit!
a key start cart has only one microswitch in the box (with a relay) so it must be a pedal start!

How would I achieve this in the present condition? The WOT part...Hold the pedal down while I connect the wires to turn it over?

Yep!

But... I don't understand how you got spark without the throttle pushed, when the bottom micro is the engine kill circuit!

So the green and orange wires were on the top micro. I touch them and it spins. Pushing down the pedal all the way made the compression jump up to 150psi

Alright! we're on the right track!

I'm curious... CC engines won't turn over with the shifter in neutral, is that how you are trying to start it?
(connecting those 2 wires bypasses that... sort of)

no, I have to have it in forward or reverse. If it neutral it wont do anything

Follow up... I just took a really good look at the picture...
the throttle cable is all wound up in the cam teeth, and it shouldn't be,
AND... the Orange wire from the solenoid is just "floating" there not connected to anything...
according to my wiring diagram, it should be connected to the lug where the wht/blk wire is, and the green wire should be at the rear (top) lug.
(the double wht/blk should be on the bottom micro)

Correction... never mind about the wht/blk... I took a closer look, it's fine!
and I also figured out that you removed the spade connectors on the green and orange wires,

the orange and green wires are what were connected to the top micro. I took them off and they are what I touch together to make the motor spin. The white/black wire is on the bottom micro. I am going out to undo the linkage from the teeth now.
