Just got a hold of a 2007 emerge 4 seater. Has new batteries and motor is good. Was heading to the mail box the other day and I had to stop because something fell off. Went to get back on and the cart would not move front or back. When I hopped off I did not not put the parking brake on but that's it. When should I start trouble shooting?
