1996 club cart carburetor
It had a old carburetor on it was not running all that good.so I put a new one on it now it want run it all.and now it look like gas is in the oil and smell like it to. The cylinder seem to get more gas in it then it should

Your floats too high. Adjust it by bending the tab. Or the needle valve is not totally closing off the fuel supply allowing it to flood.

Is it an aftermarket carb? if so get rid of it. If you have an original OEM carb, those are rare to fail and if it is leaking fuel into the motor more than likely it can be fixed. If issue continues, check fuel pump.
