Tj.. You don't need to remove that. It just holds the leaves together. You are at the point where you just need to remove the shackle bolt and the shoulder bolt from the front bracket. Make sure you disconnect the shock from the top mount first. I found that by manipulating the Jack up or down it made it easier to get the bolts out and back in. Good luck my friend. You've got this!
