What wheels are these?
I am trying to find out what wheels are on the cart in the picture. They are 12" with 215/40-12 tires on them. Also, does anybody know if they will fit a stock ezgo marathon. The picture looks stock, but I can't tell by looking.

Those look right, but do you know if that wheel and tire combo will fit a stock cart?

If you open the eBay ad and scroll down it gives you the specs and tells you what carts it will fit. It mentions EZGO non lifted carts.

I think they call them terminator from the same company. They have a little circle on each spoke. Like your picture the vampire doesn't.
