Same as checking the solenoid. One meter lead on the negative battery post. The other meter lead to the terminals on the back of the switch.
One should have voltage at all times. The other terminal should only have voltage when the key is turned on. If the key switch has voltage, and checks good the next thing you do is move to the pedal switch, and do the same test. |

Key switch tested fine. I'm not getting any power to the pedal switch. The pedal switch itself seemed to test fine. Just no power to it
