Re: Uphill weak and mid throttle hesitant
The part that gets me is that if I do the same climb test in reverse it has no trouble at all

Re: Uphill weak and mid throttle hesitant
I don't disagree, but unless you have a better idea, when something is not known, you start ruling out the known.... (Process of elimination)

Re: Uphill weak and mid throttle hesitant
If you could get someone to scan that car, you would have your answer, verse guessing.
Could be worth the cost for someone to plug into the car and tell you whats wrong |

Re: Uphill weak and mid throttle hesitant
Just an update.. still need help. Replaced resistor, mcor, cleaned and tighten the motor cables. Still bogs down half way up a small embankment

Re: Uphill weak and mid throttle hesitant
When it bogs, what is precisely the voltage at that time. So if you are running along with 49/50 volts, what does it drop to when you start to bog. This could be a battery issue but we need the precise voltage to know.

Re: Uphill weak and mid throttle hesitant
How many charges/discharges do you have of that new battery set? And did you ever test the MCOR to see what it was reading? If it is a linkage problem, replacing the MCOR will not cure that problem....

Probably on the 12th charge/discharge. Not sure what to look at for linkage Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
