Also, after you replace the bushings and check the bearings, look for king pin slop.
It may not be that bad or it could be a lot of slop. There will naturally be some up and down play due to the design but side to side should be minimal. |

100 percent front leaf spring bushings, easy to see that.
Next will be A arm bushings and rear leaf spring bushings |

A "second" to Golf Cart Guy !!
Do yourself, (and anybody that rides with you) a favor... Order you up a "bag o' bushings", spend an afternoon and replace ALL of those bushings !! I bet you will find at least half of them broken, or missing. Plus, the improvement in ride and handling will be instantly obvious, not to mention the safety factor. Just my $ 0.02....... |
