CC reverse but no foreward

2000 Club Car - the last time I used it, it would not go foreward but would reverse. The battery is fully charged. The cables at the F-R switch have power. Its done this once before but topping off the charge seemed to fix it.

If the solenoid is clicking in both directions it could be the F&R is bad.
