Reverse/Forward control issues
I have a 1978 ezgo gas cart with a robins engine. Recently it will die when I come to a complete stop and will not crank over. I noticed a clicking noise from the solenoid when pressing the gas and no cranking, so I replaced the solenoid. I noticed that the fuse in the reverse/forward control box keeps popping. Once I put it in gear it pops, I then open the fuse holder and can hear a pop sound and then place fuse back in and it works again sometimes. The fuse is good. Could it be an issue with the relay?
