Well, I did a valve check and slight adjustment to .005 and a compression test finding cylinder 1 at 140 and cylinder 2 at 145. Did not solve my engine problem.

I just replaced the ignition coil with new EZGo unit a couple weeks ago but on my brothers suggestion, rechecked spark and found the #2 cylinder (short wire) plug was not sparking at all! I feel both sad and relief at the same time, now that I know what is going on with my buggy!

Re-ordered another ignition coil but would like to know if there might be another ignition component that would cause a new coil to fail or if I just received a badly made one?? I hate to keep spending 100 bucks at a crack and end up in the same boat. Many thanks fella's! Joel
