Did You connect the hand-held voltmeter at the other end of the fuse on pack positive to make sure the fuse is OK?

Did You run new wires for the voltmeter at the dash directly to the pack or are you using the factory red wire and black/yellow-stripe wire?

You said the 15 amp fuse "appears" to be fine, did You test it or are your making visual observations?

It was a visual test but I also stuck a new 5 amp fuse in there and still nothing.. not sure on the in dash meter as it was already hooked up when I purchased the cart. And yes I tested after the 400 amp fuse on the battery positive terminal

That 15 amp ATO fuse has little test spots on top of each blade, make sure you can get pack voltage on both sides.

You need to put some backing soda on those battery terminals to clean the battery acid corrosion.

Any battery post where you have multiple wires make sure the main cable lug is the first one in direct contact with the battery post lead surface.

Are You getting a voltage reading between the pack positive and pack negative battery posts?
Sergio: In the picture, near battery 1 negative post, isn't that the red #16 that should connect to the pack + at the solenoid post. If so, isn't that power to the Tow/Run switch? See page 1 of the attached pdf

Yes, it looks like the red pig tail with the female quick connector normally connected to the Solenoid big post is now on pack positive.

That red wire with the male quick connector coming out of the harness should be connected to the matting female connector on the pack positive.
