Default What did I do!

Hey guys! I am wondering if any of you can tell what’s going on? Today I had my workhorse out to haul some wood. I went around a turn, and clipped my farmers wall. It looks like that bracket bent the tie rod but I am Not sure. I don’t even know how to explain it without sounding like an idiot. It’s my first cart, so I am learning as I go. Thanks!

You bent the top spindle arm also looks to be from an All Sports lift kit (not oem workhorse) If you give them a call they might sell you just the spindle. It will be for a workhorse 1200, 2001.5 and newer, I'm guessing for a 5" lift.

Google.. All Sports lift kits

How's the farmer's wall? :)

Dang, That must have been a solid hit!

Looks like it is rubbing all the way around the tire, so I would also think its the arm that bent. How are your hands?

You may try to take the spindle off and put some heat to it to bend it back.

You could make a spacer plate to go between the rim and hub so it doesn't rub anymore, And if the farmer ever asks give him the ole fiik

Possible silver lining: bending the spindle may have saved more expensive, or more difficult to repair damage. Also, could be previous owner bent it, and heated it up to straighten it. Often makes subsequent bends easier. My 2 cents
