Series cart speed chip?
Is there a speed chip I could buy for my series ezgo to make it go faster? I drive mine on roads and would love if it could go 20mph.

What speed are you at now?
Series carts can be made to go faster. Just takes money. Here's a place to start reading about series upgrades: https://www.cartsunlimited.net/upgrade-suggestions.html |

I actually have the wrong solenoid in my cart- a base solenoid found in a normal cart rather than the larger one that should be in my shuttle Would that speed it up It goes 15 now which is fine but I take it long distances and on roads so would like it to be as good as possible |

Re: Series cart speed chip?
Ok, so you have a shuttle 2+2? Or is this a shuttle 6?
If you have an actual shuttle 2+2 it probably left the factory with a bigger motor, a 400amp controller and the better solenoid. I have an original shuttle 2+2 and am the only owner. These carts should run 17mph on the flats with driver only. More weight would slow it some. Lets determine exactly what you have first. Solenoid is just a switch. No effect on speed I'm aware of. |

Alltrax SR48500, solenoid, F&R switch, cables, Plum Quick Cobra = 26MPH on flat road on 25" tires @ 36V
