2016 RXV won't do anything

I have a 2016 RXV 48v that has given me nothing but trouble. This morning it has decided to just die. Turn the key and nothing. The battery gauge doesn't even move. worked fine yesterday. Spent all night on the charger, as usual. Getting a reading of 51.2v when checked with my handheld meter. Batteries are less than 6 months old. Any help or what to check??

Check and see if the green light is on at the charger port with it unplugged. If no, check the wire coming off the bottom of the port for pack voltage on the port side. If that is good does the reverse buzzer sound?

Green light is not on when unplugged, but does flash when charging. The reverse buzzer does not sound. I'm not sure where you're telling to check for voltage. My golf cart component knowledge is very limited.

I don't have a txt, but when I rebuild my rxv I used some permatex to create a water barrier on/around the charger port.

Go look at this thread post #4. Blue wire connected to grey is what should have pack voltage when the cart is unplugged

Ok, I think I checked the right thing and I got a reading on my meter of 49.1. I took the black connector, shown in the picture, apart and checked the voltage there.

Here's another issue..... i tried to do the bypass instructions to get the motor brake to release so i could load the cart on a trailer and the motor brake won't release.
