Default Curtis 1268-5403

Hi All, I am working a Chinese cart, in Australia they’re called EMC. I’m sure there is a version released in the USA under a different name.
Anyway
It appears, whatever controls pin out 17 is causing the issue.
This is when the cart is not working
50v through ignition
50v through fwd switch and all the way to pin out 10
Pin out 8 microswitch from pedal 0v @ rest 50v when pedal pressed.
Pin out 17 (wire that feeds A2 solenoid) 50v

When cart is working
Positive lead on 48+ side of battery pack and neg lead on pin out 17
-7.8v at idle and 41.8v on activation

Pos lead on pin out 17 and neg lead on 48v - battery pack.
50v at idle, 0v on activation.
I have replaced the solenoid twice with new solenoids.
I have replaced the microswitch in the pedal box.
Other testing done when cart is going
Neg lead on main battery neg
+ lead on battery side of solenoid 50v, on controller side 49.7v on solenoid activation(pedal pressed)
When cart doesn’t work I get 50v on battery side of solenoid, 45.4v on controller side when pedal pressed ( no solenoid clicking in)
For some reason, the solenoid is not releasing when I take my foot of the pedal.
I have checked all the pin outs on the controller and the plugs and they are fine. I cleaned the pin outs with some circuit board cleaner.
I can sometimes get the cart to fault by pushing the cart to engage the walk away function.
I hear the walk away relay click in and out each time.
To get it to restart again, I switch the tow/run switch on and off.
However other times when the cart won’t start and I am just sitting and thinking of how to burn this thing the solenoid all of a sudden releases and I can push the pedal and it goes.
In addition, my Curtis hand held only comes up with under voltage fault. The batteries are near new and when I monitor it, when the cart works, the batteries are showing good voltage.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated
Thanks

17 should be the negative for solenoid and the controller will pull that in when all conditions are made. Pin 1 is the positive side and should have pack voltage with the key on and in run. 17 will appear to have voltage on it bleeding through the solenoid.

Thanks
I have pretty much tested all the inputs and everything is normal however every now and then it just wants to hold the solenoid in. I have changed solenoid, walkaway relay, foot pedal, key switch and fwd/rev switch and it still intermittently faults. After it fails, I can sit there for a while and all of a sudden I hear the solenoid release.

If you can get a handheld you could read the fault codes and possibly figure out what is going on.
