Default 36v EZGO TXT - replaced solenoid, now losing power fast

Hey folks. Big fan of this site and the information that comes from it, I hope you can help on this one.
36v EZGO TXT, started having intermittent failures of power resulting in the car not moving under anything heavier than a slight tap of the Excelerator. Tested the batteries, all six in rest at six volts or better. Replaced solenoid, and cart spring back to life.
One day later, the cart will suddenly lose power when under load, will work intermittently, but has now stopped working altogether… Headlight flickers when turned on and load applied via accelerator down, will get 3 to 5 feet of movement in forward or reverse then fail.
Under seat, I here and electric popping coming from a positive feed of one of the batteries to the motor when accelerator is depressed.

Any ideas? Fledgling diy wkend mechanic electrician. Love learning but not sure where to go now.

Mark the batteries 1-6.
Test all batteries with a voltmeter (at rest) and note the results.
Retest the voltage of each battery when you try to go.
Post these 2 readings for each battery 1-6 here
I think you will find your problem.
